Contributions, one month at a time - like tithes 🗓️ The contributions table was found hard to get to grips with: twelve months at once, twenty-one columns. On a campaign's page it now opens one month at a time, like tithes: one row per member, their commitment, the month's status, what they paid and what is left to catch up as of today. The arrows change the month, "Go to month…" jumps to the campaign's first month or to the last month paid ahead. You pick rows like in Excel (click, Shift, Ctrl, arrows, Enter) and the name opens the member's card: their whole history year by year, their payments with the months each one covers, and corrections on the spot - the card shows the effect of a correction before you make it. The Register is still one click away (12 months), and nothing else changes: campaign cards, sends, report, scheduled sending. Learn more

Broadcast look: your live stream and your room, dressed like television 📺 Many churches rebuilt their live-stream banner every week in video-editing software. It is now composed in Projection, on an editing table: layers on the left, the real-time preview in the middle, settings on the right. Ten layers (today's card, verse, ticker, logo, social, giving and schedule bars, QR, countdown card…), four styles for the whole church, a workshop to design each one, automations and reusable setups. The projected verse, song or Message quote goes to the live stream dressed, with nothing to retype. Paste the overlay address into your broadcast software (OBS, vMix…): its background is transparent. Projected Bible: the right version name, and a choice of version 📖 Since the Bible Darby and the World English Bible were added, projected verses wrongly carried their names above Louis Segond and King James texts. This is fixed: the name shown is always that of the version actually projected. And a second version of the same language becomes a church choice in the projection settings: search, typed references, the phone remote and the Slide studio then follow the same version. Learn more

The whole Suite put to the phone test 📱 You reported "interfaces that fold off to the right". All 141 Suite screens were opened one by one in a real 375-pixel phone and measured: 125 could be, and every defect found is fixed. The document editor was being squeezed to a 29-pixel sliver next to its settings panel: the sheet now moves below it and keeps its true A4 size, which you pan with a finger. In birthdays, a long email address was cut off with nothing to say so; it now wraps. Above all, this measurement now runs automatically on every release: a screen that overflows can no longer reach production unnoticed.

Your accounting exports go to the accountant on their own 📬 Every month someone downloaded the files to hand them to the accountant. That is over: set their email in Finance → Reports, tick the formats they expect (Audit, FEC, PCMN, Journal, OHADA), choose monthly or quarterly: on the 3rd, the closed period goes out as attachments, identical to the download buttons. "Send now" serves as a test with the displayed period. And in the contributions Register, ticking members now lets you email their statements in one gesture. Learn more

Contributions now read like Excel - only better 📊 And now the monthly pulse beats on all three money screens: month rate and trend for contributions, donors and regulars for tithes, collections and online share for offerings - three numbers, twelve bars, the same pattern everywhere. "When you select a row, you cannot follow it to the end": a church was right, and four tables repeated the same names. They merge into one Register: the commitment (the cause), the 12 months (the reality), the balance (the gap) - Member frozen on the left, Paid and Debt frozen on the right. Hover: the row and column light up as a crosshair. Click a cell: it gets selected, described, and a second click opens its payments; the arrows move it. Sort with one click (Paid = the ranking, Debt = the arrears), filter (In debt, Up to date, Paused, Free), tick rows to act in bulk, export to CSV for Excel. Totals stick to the bottom, headers stick to the top, and three display densities are remembered for you. The tithes table also keeps its headers visible while scrolling. And from field feedback: the window opens at the first living month (no more empty leading columns), rotates with the calendar and four arrows travel through time - from the first payment to the last living month, months before the subscription are hatched, the starting month carries a gold edge, clicking an empty cell opens the entry already filled in (member + month - in tithes too, with one click on the name), and a month's detail says clearly whether it is covered by a payment spread across several months - naming that payment, opened in one click - and the cell where the payment was recorded carries a thick gold bottom edge - gold is reserved for this mark. Daily Bread: the service recap lands with your members 🍞 Whoever missed Sunday used to receive... nothing. Now the church sends the bread of the week: a short email - the recap in the preacher's own words, the outline, the references of the scriptures read and of the Message, each optionally carrying one sentence from the church - in your church's language and colours. The full texts live on the public page, open without any account, where members answer Amen. Nothing to retype: the composer gathers it all from your sermon; you schedule the time - Monday 8 am - or send right away, by email and WhatsApp, to the whole church, one campus, those absent from the service (when attendance exists) or a few people first. And anyone can subscribe to the mailing - member or not, a relative abroad - with one-click email confirmation; one-click unsubscribe too, as good practice demands. Learn more

Your PowerPoints now come in whole - colours, pictures and charts included 📊 The import only brought back text: a deck built in white, with gold headings and blue subheadings, came back all white on a black background, without its pictures, its coloured cards, its table or its charts. It now takes the file's colours, the pictures, the shapes and the tables. Two exceptions, both in your favour: a colour that already belongs to your charter becomes a role again - your gold stays "the church's gold" - and text that would turn invisible is replaced, measured against the background that will really sit behind it. Above all, a new "Chart" element joins the palette: bars, line or pie. The figures stay in the slide and are typed in the grid below it, the same one tables use. Correct an amount and the drawing follows - no more chart pasted in as an image, a year out of date, projected as though it were current. On export it comes out as a real PowerPoint chart, not a photo. Learn more

Slide Studio: compose your announcements without leaving Sanctumel 🎨 A retreat announcement, an agenda, a baptism poster fitted no slide type: you had to leave, compose elsewhere, come back with a file. Bring in your PowerPoints and your PDFs 📥 Years of files cannot be retyped. A PowerPoint comes in with its editable text - position, size, alignment, lists - and immediately takes your church's colours. A PDF comes in pixel-faithful, fonts and effects included, for the leaflets you did not lay out yourself. The other way round: PowerPoint for whoever does not have Sanctumel, PDF to print and archive, images to post in the group, and the .sml format to send to another church on the Suite - the only one that keeps your colours as roles, so the deck that arrives redresses itself. The Bible, your songs and the Message come in without retyping 📖 A verse, a song section, a sermon paragraph: choose it, and it arrives with its reference. A verse or paragraph that is too long becomes several slides, cut at sentence ends, each keeping its marker ("§ 42 · 2/3"). No more typing by hand, and no more mistakes settling in.

Projection leaves the console's computer 🎬 The hall screen, the stage return and the tablet lectern now live on any machine on the network: a link, a QR code, nothing to install, and no account to type into a mini-PC left unattended behind the projector. That screen displays, it drives nothing. And what belongs to the stage - the text of a talk before it is spoken, the cues sent to the singers - is not merely hidden from the screen the congregation watches: it is never sent to it. Projecting without the Internet 🔌 Many rooms have no connection, and the service does not wait. The console now keeps a local copy of your session: on Sunday morning, with no network, it opens on that copy and tells you plainly how old it is. Better still: when your screens are on the same network as the console - the church wifi, or a phone's hotspot - they link up directly with each other. The slide leaves with the click without crossing a continent, your mobile data is barely used, and an Internet outage mid-service does not interrupt them. The local badge tells you screen by screen, and only when it is true. A connection is still needed to open the screens; after that, it may drop. Full guide

The speaker's teleprompter The text of a talk scrolls on the stage return, at the speed you set, with a live offset you can correct on the fly. The congregation never sees it. Full guide

Prepare without sending Preparation mode finally separates what you touch from what goes to the room: look up a verse, reorder a song, insert a quotation - nothing moves in front of the congregation until you press Enter.

Finding your place in a song Keys 1 to 9 jump to the verse, 0 to the next chorus - it comes back three or four times, and always aiming at the first would make the key useless from the second repeat on. The section marker ("Chorus", "Verse 2") shows in the console, on the stage return, and in the hall if you want it.

Animated backgrounds and fonts Ten fonts in the catalogue, grouped by family, with a preview that changes before your eyes before you confirm. Plus a background library: gradients, your church's own images, or one of ten discreet animated backgrounds. Full guide

Bible Challenges: the live Bible quiz game 🎉 Turn studying the Word into a game: the host projects a QR code in your church's colors, everyone joins from their phone without an account or app, and answers in real time - speed points, live ranking, final podium. The official question bank exists in 5 languages, and your church can create its own themes. This week's novelties: the question also shows on each participant's phone (playable remotely, from the back of the room or another country), latecomers can join a game already started, a reconnection gives players back their place and points, and the host can share the link or end the game at any moment.
